We are a small family owned business.  Therefore we do not operate like the Bigger moving companies.  For example,  we do not have semis so when we move you ,  ONLY your items will be on the truck and handled.  This is to your benefit in that there is no chance for a mix up in ' whose is whose'.  On the other hand , if you just have one or two items going a very long distance we recommend you contact a bigger company.  This is due to the fact that they can almost always give you a better rate, because there are other people shareing the cost of the expenses. 

There are not too many things we cannot move.  However we will not move slate pool tables or safes over 500 lbs. We also do not move hot tubs. These items are extremely heavy for us to handle in a way we feel comfortable.  We recommend contacting the place where you purchase the item and see if they offer a moving and set up service at your new address.

We strive to give you the best rates possible.  Therefore,  if we have a move in your area , and you only need one or two items moved , we will try to move it while we are already in your area.  This allows us to cut the cost on the drivetime giving you a more reasonable rate.

Unlike the bigger companies, we do not charge by weight. We have hourly rates on our packing and moving.  We will be happy to go over our rates when you call or e-mail us. You will find our contact information under the CONTACT  heading.

We get most of our business from word of mouth.  We have a large amount of repeat customers which tells us we are doing a good job.  Our customers  are constantly giving our name to family and friends who are moving as well.  This is encourageing that they trust and like us enough to give our name to people close  to them.

If you haven't moved in a while , you may be out of touch with moving costs.  We recommend getting two or three quotes.  And getting them in writing.  We have heard several horror stories where customers where given a price , but after the move was finished the final bill was MUCH higher!!!  That is why we strive to gather as much information about your move as possible.  The more we know , the more accurate we can be.
